BAHAN:
- 500 gr labu parang, potong-ptoong
- 2 lembar daun pandan
- 150 gr gula putih
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 750 ml santan encer
- 250 ml santan kental
- 1 buah pisang tanduk, potong-potong
- 150 gr cincau hitam, potong dadu
CARA MEMBUAT:
- Didihkan santan encer, masukkan labu parang, masak hingga empuk.
- Masukkan daun pandan, gula putih, garam, pisang tanduk, dan santan kental, masak hingga matang.
- Masukkan cincau hitam, aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan.
Hasil: 5 porsi
